Job descriptionManages lead outreach and engages prospective members Highly customer-service oriented, with a strong focus on membership retention Results-oriented and metrics-driven 1+ years of sales experience preferred Comfortable with basic computer skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Outgoing, positive, energetic, and engaging personality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and professional confidence Well-organized and solutions-oriented, with solid project management abilities Must have flexible availability, including morning, mid and evening shifts as needed Experience with MindBody software is a plus but not mandatory.
