Warehouse Package Handler

Gordon Food Service is looking for a dedicated warehouse package handler for our 2nd shift. This position is based at our distribution center located at 10901 38th st., Kenosha. The pay starts at $21.53 / hour, including a $1.00 premium for the 2nd shift. You will earn two pay raises in your first year plus performance incentives. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. The shift is from 7 : 50 PM to finish, depending on case volume.

As a warehouse package handler, you will be on your feet for the duration of your shift and will be lifting up to 100 pounds. No experience is required as we provide dedicated training. Your performance will determine your earnings, so the better you perform, the more you earn.

To apply, you must be 18 years of age or older, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed, and able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions. You must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, and company website information related to benefits, updates, and complete paperwork. You will also need to successfully pass a drug test and a background check. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
