We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our field operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to develop high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering quality service and results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of field technicians and installers
• Ensure optimal staffing levels and coordinate scheduling
• Drive performance across sales and technical skillsets
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to keep field staff fully equipped
• Analyze performance data and implement operational improvements
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize field operations
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coach team members for growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years of team management experience, preferably in the home services industry
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Clear, confident communication style
• Valid driver’s license (Minimum of 5 years)
