The Excalibur Group is currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Outreach Specialists shall be responsible for initiating contact with assigned Customers and encouraging Customers to engage with the Provider and participate in mandated activities.
  • Customers may require repeated attempts at engagement.
  • Outreach Specialists shall also be responsible for re-engaging those Customers who were engaged, but who subsequently stopped participating.
  • Outreach Specialists shall actively share information about outreach and engagement efforts with Case Managers.
  • Outreach Specialists shall also inform Case Managers of any presenting barriers that prevent the Customer from fully engaging with the Provider.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of two (2) years of post-secondary education at an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience undertaking outreach activities; additional years of experience providing outreach services may substitute for education.
  • Effective and engaging communicator; analytical and organizational skills; resilient and outcome-driven.

  • $50,000

    • HOURS OF OPERATION

    Mon. – Fri.  8 : 30am – 5pm

    Except Federal Holidays
