Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Representative who's excited to grow with a company on the rise. You'll play a key role in expanding LVSP's reach across our four business pillars by identifying new clients, building relationships, and helping companies find the talent that powers their success.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of sales experience who's ready to take ownership, grow their book of business, and be rewarded for results. Staffing experience is a plus, but what matters most is your drive, curiosity, and hunger to win

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across LVSP's four verticals
  • Develop relationships with hiring leaders throughout the Las Vegas community and beyond
  • Partner with our recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions that solve client challenges
  • Create and deliver outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Attend local networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build visibility
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and client engagement

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive in a startup environment
  • Energy, persistence, and a love for connecting with people
