Position Summary :

Join our dynamic Women's Services unit, a 32-bed facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to women in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum / GYN, and Nursery.

Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.

Evaluate and address the learning needs of patients and families, providing tailored education.

Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

Associate's degree in nursing required

Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

Certifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire

License :

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky
