A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding processes in a part-time, remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
Manage candidate progress and communication throughout the interview and onboarding process
Maintain accurate data and documentation within the ATS and related systems
Qualifications
Education : Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience : 2-4 years in a recruitment coordination, onboarding, or administrative support role
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and experienced with ATS platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple calendars and competing priorities effectively
COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only) and Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
