Job description

Coverage Needed

  • January 5, 2026 - Ongoing
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, 7 : 00 - 17 : 00
  • On Call
  • Call Ratio : Possibly 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month

Clinical Details

  • Procedures : Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures
  • Types of Cases : Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB / GYN, occasional endoscopy
  • Setting : Inpatient hospital, mostly outpatient surgeries
  • Trauma Level : Adult IV
  • Bed Size : Critical Access Hospital
  • Patients per Day : Variable, average 5-20 cases per day
  • EMR : Epic
  • Support Staff : 1 MD, 4 CRNAs (All Autonomous)

    • Requirements

  • Licenses : Oregon CRNA license
  • Certifications : Board Certification, DEA preferred
  • COVID-19 Vaccine : Required or approved exemption
  • Experience : Accepting new grads
