Responsibilities :

Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications.

Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to inform project design and development.

Provide technical expertise in areas such as civil and transportation to guide project teams and ensure engineering solutions align with industry best practices.

Collaborate with architects, environmental engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various project elements seamlessly.

Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and compliance.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Interface with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to address project-related issues and ensure project success.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or desire to obtain one, is desired.

EIT (engineering-in-Training) is highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on Specify relevant areas .

Proven track record of successful project management and delivery of complex civil engineering projects.

Strong proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into projects.

Compensation Range :

$85,434.00 - $113,912.00
