Painter Classification
The "Painter" classification is an all-encompassing paint department position. They will assist with all material staging, prepping, and part-hanging and painting duties. This position will help move all material through the paint line process physically and systematically. It is required to operate computers, RF scan guns, label printers, forklifts, lift tables, overhead cranes, power tools, checklists and other devices daily. The ability and willingness to adjust on the fly in a fast-paced production environment is crucial. All paint employees must have a safety-first mindset. Employees handle chemicals and large heavy material on a regular basis.
Essential Functions
This position offers a base hourly rate of $19.00, with an additional 10% premium for night shifts.
