Urgent Care Physician

Job Title: Physician (MD/DO) - Urgent & Primary Care Location: Tacoma, WA Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM No weekends. No on-call. Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a primary and urgent care setting * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions * Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging * Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Qualifications: * MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Washington State medical license * Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine * DEA license (or eligible to obtain) * Current BLS certification * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with EMR systems Compensation & Benefits: * Consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM * No nights, weekends, or on-call * Malpractice coverage provided Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * No PTO at this time * 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment
