Role Overview

Were seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee ground-up custom home builds from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and quality control. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for new build custom home projects

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews

Create and maintain construction schedules and budgets

Coordinate inspections, permits, and code compliance

Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines

Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers

Provide weekly progress updates and resolve issues proactively

Qualifications

5+ years experience in residential construction management (custom homes preferred)

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Florida building codes

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple trades

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
