Voltage is expanding, and we’re looking for a Training & Performance Specialist to help us drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of performance management and learning & development — ensuring KPIs align with company strategy while building effective onboarding and training programs that empower our people to thrive.

You’ll collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to assess organizational training needs, deliver engaging learning experiences, and manage all aspects of instructor-led, virtual, and online training. If you’re passionate about performance, learning, and building scalable HR programs, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Performance & KPI Management

• Partner with managers to ensure KPIs are defined, tracked, and reviewed monthly.
• Document KPIs that are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound).
• Align departmental KPIs with overall company strategy.
• Analyze performance data and share insights with HR and leadership.
