A leading and financially stable healthcare system in  Western Pennsylvania  is seeking a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician  to join its hospitalist team at a community-based medical center located just  25 miles southeast of Pittsburgh .

This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported environment, offering a  7-on / 7-off schedule , a collaborative team of physicians and APPs, and a generous compensation and benefits package.

Position Highlights

Join a team of  5 hospitalists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers

Manage  medical-surgical unit and open ICU

Work in collaboration with APPs to support other campuses via  telemedicine

Must be comfortable with  running codes, stroke alerts, and rapid response

No procedures required

7-on / 7-off schedule , 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary :  $300,000 – $320,000

$25,000 sign-on bonus

$10,000 relocation assistance

Annual CME :  $3,000 + 40 hours
