Base Pay Range

$600,000.00 / yr – $650,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy aligned with global objectives and tailored to the U.S. market.
• Lead the strategic direction, operational execution, and commercial success of the U.S. business.
• Drive revenue growth through retail partnerships, e‑commerce, and direct‑to‑consumer channels.
• Champion the company’s portfolio of brands, ensuring consistent positioning and innovation.
• Oversee Sales, Marketing, R&D, logistics, HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and lead a high‑performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Represent the U.S. business to the Group Executive Board, investors, and key external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. regulatory standards and corporate governance policies.
