Lead Conversion Specialist (Strong English Fluency Required)

Weve been servicing Palm Beach to Vero since 2019, specializing in service, repairs, maintenance, and installation for both residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

Our Lead Conversion Specialists are the first point of contact with homeowners, responsible for turning interest into confirmed opportunities. About the Job

As a Lead Conversion Specialist, youll spend your day connecting with homeowners who have expressed interest in HVAC services. This role is all about activity, consistency, and results.

  • Youll make 100+ outbound calls, 100+ texts, and 100+ emails each week to follow up with leads.
  • Your main objective is to book in-home appointments thats where our team wins business.
  • Youll work inside our lead management pipeline, a system designed to organize every prospect into stages from first contact to booked appointment ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Every day youll see your effort turn into measurable results : more appointments booked, more opportunities created, and more growth for both you and the company.

This is a performance-based role. If you cannot consistently meet appointment targets, this is not the job for you.

  • Qualifications :

  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Customer service or inside sales experience (HVAC / home services a plus)
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per week
  • Strong written communication skills for SMS and email outreach (100+ SMS and 100+ emails weekly)
  • CRM software experience (GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in following processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit performance goals
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Able to pass a background check

    Job Responsibilities :

  • Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails every week
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (texts, form fills, calls) within 24 hours
  • Keep the lead pipeline up to date with accurate records
  • Book in-home appointments as the primary goal
  • Confirm appointments and maintain accuracy in booked records
  • Hit performance targets, including at least 1 booked appointment per day
  • Compensation :

    This is a performance-based position. Your earnings are directly tied to how many appointments you book.

  • Weekly bonuses reward you for hitting appointment goals
  • Monthly bonuses recognize consistent, high-volume performance
  • With 100+ new opportunities coming in every month, there is no shortage of leads to work
  • A base rate of minimum wage is provided, but the real earning potential comes from your results
  • If you cannot consistently hit performance targets, this is not the role for you
