Position Summary

As a Bartender at Three Top Lounge inside The Salt Shed , you will bring creativity, consistency, and a guest-focused mindset to every shift. This role requires the ability to balance warmth and community-building with efficiency and precision, adjusting seamlessly to both slower moments and high-energy rushes around show times at the Salt Shed. You will play an essential role in upholding service standards, collaborating with teammates, and ensuring that each guest’s experience not only meets but exceeds expectations. With a strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach, you will contribute to a positive, supportive environment that highlights the best of Three Top Lounge.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Set up the bar in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Learn about the products carried and how to utilize them
• Correctly and consistently build menu and classic cocktails
• Follow stated policies and procedures
• Prioritize the guest experience
• Perform other related duties as assigned
