Program Manager I

A company is looking for a Program Manager I to support quality improvement initiatives in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze CAHPS and Mock CAHPS data and develop presentations for quality improvement meetings

Coordinate with the PMO and Compliance team on timelines, status updates, and deliverables

Manage programs through the full program life cycle and communicate status to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

1+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare

Knowledge of Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems (CAHPS) and Member Experience preferred
