Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Property Auctions team in our Fort Lauderdale, FL or Orange County, CA office. We're seeking a self-starter who is creative, detail-oriented, and dependable. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality work on time, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting the team and exceeding expectations. This role is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, postcards, presentations, proposals, offering memoranda, and email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Canva).
• Coordinate and approve social media content and posts created by Corporate Marketing Team, maintain a proactive marketing communications schedule for Auction Brokers.
• Build and deploy email blasts and marketing campaigns through platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or MailChimp.
• Provide creative direction on layout and production of deliverables, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and style guides.
• Work with third-party vendors to advertise listings and support campaign needs.
• Assist in creating and updating floor plans, site plans, and other graphic elements as needed.
• Conduct research to create accurate and compelling marketing content.
• Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and quality.

$34 - $36 an hour

The anticipated salary for candidates who will work inIrvine, CAis $ 34.00 - 36.00 per hour. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
