Plaintiff-Side Paralegal

An established and reputable plaintiff-side law firm in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their dynamic team. About the Role : This position offers the chance to work on meaningful cases that make a real impact. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. A background on the plaintiff side is required — it doesn’t have to be current, but prior experience handling plaintiff matters is essential.

What They’re Looking For :

5–10 years of experience preferred, though more experienced professionals are encouraged to apply

Experience in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, or Premises Liability is highly valued

Strong understanding of filing requirements across all counties

A proactive communicator who can manage deadlines and handle a fast-paced caseload with confidence
