Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager - Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent product management skills, and a user-centric mindset. This role involves managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and achieve business goals. The position is based in Bothell, WA, and is part of the Web Post Purchase project.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical trade-offs and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Define product vision, create roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and integrate customer feedback into product development.
- Analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, and product analytics platforms to drive product improvements.
- Utilize metrics and KPIs to validate hypotheses and inform decision-making.
- Facilitate A / B testing and user behavior analysis to enhance product performance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate priorities, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Translate user feedback into actionable product features and work closely with design teams to deliver intuitive products.
Qualifications :
Proficiency with software development processes, APIs, cloud services, and system architecture.Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, or CI / CD pipelines.Strong skills in product lifecycle management, from ideation through launch and iteration.Capability to analyze data using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or product analytics platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Deep empathy for users and a strong focus on user experience design principles.Familiarity with UX / UI basics and experience working with design teams.About PTR Global : PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
