General Duties and Responsibilities
- Sets up the expo station prior to each shift and breaks down the expo station at the end of the shift.
- Delivers food from the kitchen to the tableside.
- Assists with serving and cleaning tables.
- Maintains expo station in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift.
- Prepares plates, sauces, and sides prior to sending them out of the kitchen.
- Assists the food & beverage team with event
- Always follows safety and sanitation policies.
- Is polite and friendly to members and fellow team members no matter the circumstance.
- Be able to assist with any member needs and questions.

Work is primarily standing and walking primarily on a level surface, though occasionally slippery floor.Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time.Muse be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.Requires communicating with other staff members, which includes talking, hearing and visual acuity sufficient to perform these major functions.Moderate noise level in the work environment.Our Mission
