We invite applications for the role of Onsite Systems Engineering Specialist on an exciting program where you will utilize your expertise in requirements management, system architecture, and design, performing in-depth engineering analyses, developing scripts, and defining and controlling interfaces, all while ensuring comprehensive verification and validation processes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include :
- Conducting technical analyses to define system functionality through Model-Based Systems Engineering.
- Breaking down requirements, defining interfaces, and collaborating with testing teams to establish verification protocols.
- Designing capabilities and features for the software engineering team to support agile methodologies.
- Providing technical support for a segment of the program's testing strategy, including architecture design and validation processes.
- Assisting in regression testing across various program releases based on established baselines.
- Engaging in technical reviews and discussions to advance program objectives.
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Experience throughout the systems engineering lifecycle, focusing on areas such as ConOps development, requirements management, functional analysis, and verification processes.Hands-on development experience in a government contract setting with a focus on systems engineering or integration and test.Active TS / SCI security clearance with the ability to secure special program access.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).Experience working on mission management ground systems.Proficiency with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler).Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in teamwork environments.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar databases.Familiarity with cloud environments for software development and deployment.Experience writing, running, and automating tests using automated testing tools with advanced scripting capabilities in Python or Perl.What We Offer :

This is an onsite position located at our Aurora, CO (Denver area) campus. The salary range for this position is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
