The abundance of agriculture contributes to the livelihood of our migrant farmworkers, warehouse workers, transportation industry, food industry, sustainability in farm-to-table programs, and more. Healthy communities are needed to produce these services. In addition, Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is dedicated to ensuring we are available to keep our communities healthy, educated, and informed of our services.

Our neighborhood centers offer affordable, high-quality care for families—their kids and grandparents. We help when they're hurting—and even when they're not. We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA! This position would specifically provide same-day acute care.

Position Details

Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community

Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care

1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)

EMR system is EPIC

Clinic Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 am – 8 : 00 pm; Saturday, 9 : 00 am – 4 : 00 pm

Position Highlights

Base Compensation : $132k - $144k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
