Salary : $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee general accounting functions including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of three accountants, promoting a productive and supportive work environment.
• Conduct detailed preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Implement and refine financial processes for improved reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with executive leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, continually updating and improving internal controls and policies.
