Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) is needed for a full-time contract role in an elementary school setting. This position focuses on serving students from pre-kindergarten through 2nd grade, providing specialized speech and language support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and testing for early elementary students.
  • Deliver individualized direct therapy sessions tailored to developmental needs.
  • Participate in meetings with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and plan interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and progress notes.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid SLP certification with CCC accreditation.
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged children, specifically grades PK through 2.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders mon in early learners.
  • Ability to administer and interpret standardized speech and language assessments.
  • Effective munication skills for collaboration with educational staff and families.
  • Position Details :

  • Location : Albany, GA
  • Contract duration : July 30th through May 22nd (School Year)
  • Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload focused on early elementary students (PK2nd grade)
