About the Position : The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and executing AnswerNet’s SEO strategy across multiple company websites to drive qualified organic traffic, improve search visibility, and generate leads. This role oversees keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives. Partnering with Content, Web / UX and Demand Generation teams, the SEO Manager ensures that AnswerNet’s digital presence consistently attracts, engages, and converts the right audiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with lead generation and business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, structured data, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with Content Creator to ensure blog posts, landing pages, and web copy are fully optimized.
• Perform regular content audits and refresh underperforming assets.
• Manage technical SEO, including site speed improvements, indexation, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
• Track and report on keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion performance from organic search.
• Oversee link-building initiatives to grow domain authority and referral traffic.
• Partner with Web / UX and WordPress teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented on all site builds and updates.
• Provide weekly SEO performance updates and recommendations to the Demand Generation Manager and Marketing leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
