Are you an experienced Financial Analyst looking for a challenge We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights across our business. They will work collaboratively to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver best-in-class financial analysis.

The Sr. Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing financial insights that support key decision-making across the company. They will analyze data create forecasts and deliver reports that help guide pivotal initiatives. Their day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on budgeting financial planning and performance analysis while also contributing to special projects and continuous process improvements. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location this position will be onsite Tuesday Thursday at Hasbros new HQ location in Boston the interim this position will be onsite Tuesday Thursday at Hasbros HQ in Pawtucket RI or at Hasbros temporary location in Boston MA.

A day in the life as a Senior Financial Analyst :

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance trends and projections.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor expenses and manage financial targets.
• Provide insights into financial risks and opportunities recommending actionable steps.

The base salary range for this position is $83900.00 to $125900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience skills location and market conditions. Additionally employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
