We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our service department in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for an experienced individual passionate about delivering exceptional service, managing teams, and strengthening customer relationships. Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire a team of service technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Manage daily operations within the service department to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repairs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics such as productivity, turnaround times, and profitability to drive improvements.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to enhance department efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales and parts teams to deliver value-added services and drive revenue growth.
  • Enforce compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and manufacturer standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and elevate service capabilities.

Proven experience in service management, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or related industries.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach teams.

Solid technical knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, or heavy equipment systems.

Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast, and drive department profitability.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
