Ridge RTC offers a unique mental health residential treatment program designed to provide increased support, structure, and therapy for adolescents and young adults (aged 12-22) . While mental health treatment is our primary focus, we also address substance in teens and adolescents. As such, Ridge RTC offers interventions and tailored support to address substance use alongside mental health concerns.

• Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive therapy for adolescents with anxiety, depression, and other mental health and behavioral health issues including substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain in-depth documentation for clinical findings and observations regarding interactions with all assigned patients.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews with parents and clients, and synthesize / disseminate significant information to team members.
• Develop and manage rapport with each assigned patient along a 45 day mental wellness journey.
• Complete and assist participants in aftercare and discharge planning; partner with patient family members and additional clinical teams.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
