We’re a fast-paced personal injury law firm looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal to manage cases from intake to settlement. You’ll handle client communication, medical record requests, health insurance lien requests, demand drafting, and help keep cases moving smoothly. This position is not remote and will require travel to our office in north phoenix.

What You Bring :

• 3-4 years of PI pre-litigation experience
• Strong organizational + communication skills
• Familiar with medical records and demand writing
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
