Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Work Dates Needed : ASAP- ongoing (Interested in longer assignment)

Preferred Schedule : M-F 8a-5p- will consider part time

Worksite Setting : Community health Center

Scope of Work : 20 PPD- all ages, procedures a plus- no well women checks (They are the only dental / FP / OB in the county 30 miles away from the closest hospital CMH)

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : MO licensed, BC or BE- preferred already credentialed with MO Medicaid and Medicare

EMR : Expanse

Pay Rate Preferred : $145
