What will you do as an Assistant Manager?
Work closely with the location owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the SafeSplash Brands Franchise structureMaintain staff by recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, and training employeesMaintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employeesManage employee policies and procedures, payroll, and employee benefitsResponsible for location retail including managing inventory levels, ordering, and salesWhat are we looking for in an Assistant Manager?
2 years of management experience in customer serviceExtensive experience with computer scheduling softwareA team-driven leader : cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole teamFlexible schedule : will be required to work some evenings and weekendsPreferred Skills :Swim lesson and / or competitive swimming experience : knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progressionExperience with Mindbody scheduling softwareCertifications :Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalentWSI - Water Safety Instructor certification, a big plusCPR-PR / AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certificationLifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certifiedCompensation : $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
