Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law schoolMinimum of four years of litigation / courtroom experience (foreclosure experience a plus)Member of the California State Bar while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirementsSubject matter expert in their fieldMust be proficient in performing legal research and writingMust be proficient in taking & defending depositionsMust be proficient in drafting pleadings, briefs, affidavits, discovery, proposed orders, as well as correspondence, memoranda, and opinion lettersProficiency with Fastcase, Westlaw, or Nexis LexisMust be well-versed in the rules of evidence, introducing evidence, and civil procedure in both state and federal court.Benefits
