A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate interview logistics, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding preparation
Support the Recruiting Lead with scheduling and logistical matters, and assist with People Ops events
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or administrative coordination
Solid understanding of HR and recruiting best practices
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Proven track record of fostering a growth-oriented culture for employees
