Position Overview

The Maintenance Person is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position involves performing general maintenance tasks, repairs, and overseeing the cleanliness of the property to ensure it provides a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs as needed.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Coordinate and oversee any outside contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down facilities for special events or client programs.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in optimal working order.
• Keep records of maintenance and repair activities, including costs and materials used.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are safe and compliant with local and state regulations.
• Participate in proactive maintenance programs to improve the functionality and aesthetic of the properties.
