Navy Programs Lead

A company is looking for a Navy Programs Lead to drive strategy and execution of Navy and maritime defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee full cycle program execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget

Serve as the primary interface with Navy customers, leading program reviews and reporting on progress

Develop long-term program strategy and integrate cross-functional teams to achieve program goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field

10+ years of experience in program or project management within defense, aerospace, or maritime domains

Experience leading complex development or production programs with government customers

Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and program financial reporting

U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
