Responsibilities
- Design and assemble polished presentation decks for internal teams and front-line users.
- Manage project timelines and track progress using tools such as Excel to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized repository of completed decks for easy access and distribution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information related to operational standards across various areas.
- Create clear, concise, and visually engaging presentations that help standardize processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of guides, training resources, and process documentation to support consistent operations and knowledge sharing.
This is a 3-month contract position in the Atlanta area. The team operates in a hybrid model, combining both remote and in-office work.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experienceStrong grammar, spelling, and document formatting skillsFamiliarity with AI tools for content rewordingExperience producing clean, visually appealing PowerPoint decks on a weekly basis (no animations exp required)Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize informationStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorships are not available.
