Diana’s Bridal has been a staple in the Chicagoland bridal industry for the last 12 years. This will be our 2nd store location!

We are a small business looking for a strong Store Manager to lead our team.

At Diana’s Bridal you’ll be responsible for wearing many different hats, from overseeing day-to-day operations to assisting with customer relations and managing a small team. Customer Service

You’re a natural people person and great at building relationships with our brides and their groups. We strive to exceed expectations of what finding your wedding dress should be!

Working with brides is rewarding and challenging. You must be able to diffuse issues and come up with solutions on the fly.

Multitasking

You can succeed at any position from operations to visual product placement as well as conducting team trainings and running monthly reports. There’s never a dull moment!

You love a fast-paced environment. Every day is a little bit different and you’ll need to have the energy to handle multiple changing tasks throughout the day.

Business mind-set

You will be involved in our buying and analyzing of the company’s inventory. We work as a team to make the best decisions for the store and will be looked to for your opinion and expertise.

It’s all hands-on deck for marketing and social media – all of our employees work together to help us shine on our social media channels.

You are able to have challenging conversations with positive outcomes with co-workers and customers.
