Your Opportunity :

Taylor Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waynesboro, PA. In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day upkeep of our equipment and facility, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This is a hands-on position where no two days look the same - one day you may be working on production machinery, and the next you could be handling plumbing, carpentry, or general facility needs.

Your Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and repair printing presses, electrical issues, and other equipment across the facility

Install electrical components and power distribution for new and existing equipment

Use tools like drills, lathes, grinders, and welders to build, repair, or fine-tune press parts and machinery

Identify and order the parts or materials needed to complete repairs or upgrades

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and reduce downtime

Show up reliably and work well with others-including teammates, supervisors, and vendors-to get the job done

Your Shift : First Shift Monday - Friday | 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

You Must Have :

A degree or certification in industrial electricity, electrical distribution, machine controls, PLCs, or a related field

The ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, operating procedures, and other job-related documents

Strong verbal communication skills-you'll be working closely with other team members

Basic math skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and whole numbers

A practical, common-sense approach to following instructions in written, spoken, or diagram form

This Role Also Requires :

Clear, effective communication-both sharing and understanding information with your team

Ability to remain in a stationary position for parts of the shift

Frequent use of tools, machines, and materials, including printed products

Regular movement throughout the facility during your shift

Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing 25+ pounds on a regular basis

We Would Also Prefer :

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role

Prior experience with industrial electrical systems and machine repair
