DevOps Engineer

Overview :

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a continuous integration / continuous development (CI / CD) environment using containerization technologies (e.g. Red Hat Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) and cloud environments (e.g. Amazon Web Services). This position requires full-time, onsite support at NSWC Dahlgren and could require occasional off-hours support (e.g. evenings).

Travel : None Clearance :

An ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance (with SCI eligibility) is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years' experience supporting code deployments to a cloud environment
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Must be proficient in Windows OS
• Must have active Security+ certification

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $150,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
