• Description : Looking for a part time CV Surgeon. Open to locums to full time perm position. Dates needed for coverage until we hire a full time CV surgeon : January , 2026February 9 23, 2026March , 2026April 6 19, 2026May 4 17, 2026June 2 14, 2026Scope of Practice : Inpatient / Surgery Only24-hour call coverage, 3 4 days per week. Would work 1 weekend of call coverage. Others would be 8 hour inpatient rounding / surgery. Team Structure : 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)Procedures Performed : Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS)ThoracotomiesLobectomiesAbdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) RepairsArterial BypassesAortic Valve ReplacementsResponsibilities : Inpatient roundingSurgical consultsEmergency Room call coverageProgram Volume : Approximately 90 surgeries / procedures per month
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
