Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location : Hybrid — Atlanta, GA (in-office 2 days per week)
Compensation : $60,000 -$70,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

A Day in the Life
As EverSpark’s SDR / BDR, your days are high-energy and focused on building opportunities :
Morning : Review your pipeline, follow up with yesterday’s prospects, and prep for outreach campaigns.Midday : Hit the phones and LinkedIn hard—make 40–60 outbound touches (calls, messages, emails) to decision-makers.Afternoon : Qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off strong opportunities to senior sales leadership.Office Days : Collaborate directly with leadership and marketing, refine strategies, role-play pitches, and align on weekly goals.End of day : Measure progress against your personal goals, celebrate wins, and reset for tomorrow.Every day, you’ll know exactly how your effort contributes to revenue growth—for both EverSpark and our clients.
Responsibilities
Drive outbound activity through cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns.Confidently pitch EverSpark’s SEO and PPC services to decision-makers.Qualify prospects and set meetings for leadership.Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.Track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM.Work directly with leadership to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns.Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (agency or SaaS a plus).Excellent communication and pitching skills (phone, LinkedIn, written).Highly organized and disciplined with a track record of meeting goals.Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of SEO / PPC—ability to learn quickly is key.Entrepreneurial mindset : driven by ownership, growth, and results.Must be based in Atlanta or willing to commute to our Midtown Atlanta office 2 days per week .Compensation & Benefits
