Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Providence, RI 02905 (Rhode Island healthcare jobs) Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Unit : Operating Room (OR RN) Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : January 17, 2026 Duration : 9-week travel assignment Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (8-hour day shifts) Hours per Week : 40 Number of Positions : 2 Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,620 - $2,690 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Rhode Island or compact state (Rhode Island nursing jobs) BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred) COVID-19 vaccination required EPIC EMR experience required Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience, including circulating and scrubbing for urgent, emergent, and STAT C-sections Strong English communication skills Ability to complete all onboarding requirements (background check, health screenings, competency exams, etc.) Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities Deliver primary nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room Circulate and scrub for C-sections and a variety of surgical procedures, including urgent and emergent cases Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following ANA Standards of Professional Nursing Practice Maintain accurate patient documentation and utilize the EPIC EMR system Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members Apply now to join our healthcare team in Providence, RI, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
