Job Description:

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Senior Video Telecommunication Specialist to support a Federal agency.

This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of off-site VTC and Conference Room systems, including scheduling, problem resolution, and room configuration for scheduled conferences.
• Perform video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server.
• Troubleshoot and repair VTC and conference room equipment; initiate trouble tickets for support of external system components.
• Conduct routine performance testing to ensure VTC, conference room equipment, and workstations operate optimally.
• Assist in designing and engineering conference, classroom, and training room setups based on end-user needs, providing feedback and recommendations.
• Manage and maintain VTC endpoints, including software updates, inventory tracking, and system monitoring within the government enclave.
• Oversee the maintenance of digital and analog AV equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Schedule and manage meetings for conference/classroom assets using government-provided software.
• Provide support for on and off-site events, such as conferences, symposiums, and promotions.
• Provide detailed monthly reports on completed work orders and tasks to the government lead, while maintaining inventory records for all AV-related equipment.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• 6 years of experience in video telecommunications or AV systems management.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency
• Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
• IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP, CySA+ ) as per DoD M standards
• CE: Associate (professional preferred) level certificate for supported technology
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
• Associate or professional-level certification in relevant AV/VTC technologies.
• Additional certifications in AV system management or video conferencing technologies are a plus.
