Inizio Engage, in collaboration with Iovance Biotherapeutics, is building a high-performing specialty sales team to support the launch and adoption of Amtagvi, a first-in-class, FDA-approved cell therapy for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic melanoma.
As a Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative, you will play a critical role in driving awareness and education among healthcare professionals. You’ll introduce groundbreaking therapy to appropriate customers, helping expand access for patients with advanced disease. What will you be doing?
Educating HCPs on the FDA-approved indication for Amtagvi, including key clinical and safety informationIdentifying appropriate patient populations and helping providers understand the referral pathway to Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs)Driving awareness of logistical considerations and workflow solutions to support smooth access to therapyBuilding strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (physicians, NPs, office staff, referral coordinators)Understanding patient flow dynamics and helping offices navigate payer and reimbursement processesProviding field insights that inform broader commercial strategiesCollaborating cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure alignment and maximize impactWhat do you need for this position?
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales experienceExperience in oncology, immunology, or other high-science therapeutic areas is a plus, but not requiredDemonstrated success in influencing treatment decisions, educating HCPs, and driving business in complex marketsStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present clinical concepts clearlyComfort working with referral networks, patient access considerations, and cross-functional partnersA patient-focused, solutions-oriented mindsetWillingness to travel (some overnight); valid U.S. driver’s license required
