Doyon Government Group (DGG) is a trusted federal contractor specializing in Design-Build and General Construction services for government-owned facilities and military installations. Our projects span demolition, new construction, renovations, repairs, and civil infrastructure work.

We are currently hiring an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to help manage complex federal construction projects , primarily with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist PM with construction projects from preconstruction through close-out
  • Contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and project execution
  • Help develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules
  • Ensure all work complies with contract documents, safety standards (EM 385-1-1), and government regulations
  • Assist with field operations, subcontractor management, and onsite engineering efforts
  • Participate in WIP (Work in Progress) and internal project review meetings
  • Use project management software and Microsoft Office tools for tracking and reporting
  • Assist with risk management, pricing, contract negotiations, and labor relations

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of construction Project Management experience preferably on federal government construction projects
  • Experience managing $10M+ projects for USACE and / or NAVFAC
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, cost control, scheduling, and estimating
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience with project management and CPM scheduling software
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and scopes of work
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Preferred Certifications

  • OSHA 30
  • EM 385-1-1
  • CPR / First Aid
  • Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors
