Job Description

Location : Arlington Clinic

Status : Part-time

Summary : Works directly under the supervision of Physical Therapist. Performs Physical Therapy support by performing the following duties :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greets patients entering PT Department
Assists PT , PTA and ATC with treatment protocols
Prepares PT space by cleaning tables and exercise machines
Supports PT, PTA and ATC with exercise regimens for patients
Assists patients on to exercise machinery
Provides support to PT staff in a variety of tasks

Qualifications

Ability to multitask

Current CPR / AED Certification a plus

Must be able to assist patients on tables and equipment and occasionally lift and / or help move patients over 100 pounds

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff

Flexible team player

Strong computer experience, electronic medical records experience

Excellent verbal communication skills
