Are you a skilled automotive professional looking to take your career to the next level? Nelson's Auto Repair is seeking a full-time Lead Automotive Tech who is ready to tackle exciting challenges and be a key player in our team. Join our Twin Cities Metro Area shop to take on rewarding work and collaborate with an amazing team.

WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Depending on experience, you earn $60,000 - $95,000 / year. Our team also receives these awesome benefits and perks :

You can work on your personal vehicle at our shop, and we take our team on fun group trips, company outings, team-building activities, and vacations.

As for the schedule, you can choose to work from 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm OR 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends and overtime are available.

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As a Lead Automotive Tech, you are responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, you perform comprehensive inspections, identify mechanical issues, and determine the best repairs. After fixing up a vehicle, you test-drive it before returning it to the customer.

Certifications aren't required but would be a bonus!
