Overview

This role is based in our Boulder office. The content marketing coordinator will play a key role in supporting the content marketing team and its execution of revenue-driving programs across media and events platforms. Working with content marketing and sales team members, the coordinator will help plan, develop, and market a range of branded content programs. The right candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organization, writing and communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and curiosity about the natural products industry.

Job responsibilities

  • Helps write and proof landing page copy for client programs, focusing on optimizing engagement.
  • Manages client programs, asset details and schedules for the content marketing team.
  • Keeps an eye on program metrics and creates end-of-program reports for the sales team.
  • Manages details and functions as content marketing team liaison for key content marketing programs at Expo West.
  • Monitors program spreadsheets for deadlines and asset performance.
  • Develops industry knowledge with an eye to trends around topics related to sustainability, CPG brands, dietary supplements, health and wellness, and more.
  • Writes emails, newsletters and marketing copy for client programs.
  • Supports the production and marketing of videos, podcasts and webinars.
  • Develops and writes social media content for client programs.
  • Supports diversity efforts across the content team, supporting an inclusive environment and using New Hope Network’s content platforms to educate on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • Works closely with Content Marketing Director and Manager to help conceptualize and support program direction and content for client programs.
  • Travels to Natural Products Expo, clients and other industry travel as needed.

Qualifications

Education and / or experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA), preferably in journalism, communications or digital media.
  • Digital content publishing experience, preferably in B2B media and / or within the natural products community.
  • Editing and writing experience.
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • The pay for this role is $55,000-$60,000. This posting will expire on 10 / 20.
